New Work by Rich Hambrook!
Rich asked me to post these pictures of his new work. This is a Browning Superposed two barrel set that he just completed.

Re: New Work by Rich Hambrook!
Thanks for displaying Rich's fine work. How did you get a sideplated superposed without engraving to start on? Also, did Rich do the stocks?
Thanks, Roger

Re: New Work by Rich Hambrook!
Roger,
The sideplates came the hard way, Rich made them by hand. He started with a grade one Superposed and did all the machine work. Montana Gun Works made the stock, but Rich checkered it. He hand matted the ribs and brought the receiver up to Midas specs which included polishing and lining the ejectors. The gun was a year in the making. I supplied the grade one gun and some pictures and Rich did the rest. His technical and artistic ability amaze me. He pulled the design together from two different sources and made it all work. |

Re: New Work by Rich Hambrook!
Thanks, I thought there might be a story about that gun aside from the engraving.
