Default Stone holder for the AirGraver

This stone holder has been added to the site. It is for use in the AirGraver.
Site link to it: http://www.airgraver.com/Engraving%20Accessories.htm

AirGraver® Mini Stone Holder
Special thanks to Chris DeFlorentis for the inspiration in creating a stone holder for the AirGraver®

The size of stones the holder is made for are:
.3mm (.012") square from Artco.com $4.50 each
.5mm (.020") square from Artco.com $4.50 each
.5mm x 1mm from Gesswein.com $9.95 each
Available grits 180 through 1200
This stone holder is for the the Classic AirGraver® (foot control model or PalmControl model). Use the holder in the AirGraver for finishing surfaces of sculpture carving and engraving. The AirGraver's unique action of isolated fast ultrasonic like movement works great for use with finishing stones. Use the stones in hard to reach areas to smooth surfaces.

With the stones, set the impacts per minute of the Classic (PC or foot control) at a 6,000 to 10,000 range. Set the Classic's adjust ring toward a shorter stroke with the standard or light weight stainless pistons.

Steve, you're killing me! I have a rather full list of smaller things such as this new piece to order when I can get enough money together, and it keeps getting bigger. Like the song "...one day....!" it will come together!

It basically is for miniature sanding to smooth surfaces of a sculptured carving... i.e. carving that are done on a coin, or a sculpture scroll on a knife, guns, etc. I haven't had time to make a video. Maybe as more get out someone will beat me to it and make a video.

Making more of the bodies of the holder. There is a small hole that meets up to the slitting saw so that it is a through hole for the stones. For the size of hole it is very deep.

Rear end deep drilling. A lot of pecks to clean out chips.
