Default A simple silver kilt pin

My dad is part of the Irish emergency services band (he's an advanced paramedic) and for his birthday he asked me for a kilt pin to spruce up his dress uniform.
The Irish around the outside are the family words: 'Chumhacht is airde'. It translates to 'highest/most respected authority/power). And the oak branch is to represent the oak tree which is part of the family crest (I didn't want to cut a whole tree so just kept is real simple).

It's 1.8mm silver and was engraved using a square HSS graver sharpened using a Steve Lindsay 116° universal template and a No. 4 flat hand push graver and a V hand push graver with a sharpened angle that just looked about right.
