Hello from Vienna, Austria
Hi everyone!
I‘m Betty. I‘ve been working as a goldsmith for almost 13 years now and decided to enter the beautiful world of engraving to broaden my horizon a little bit further. I‘m currently in the process of setting up a small workspace at home, that I can use for practising and experimenting on my days off, currently building my own workbench.. so woodworking is another thing I‘m learning-by-doing at the moment. Slowly, but steady. And hopefully stable.. This forum already helped me a lot in learning how to get started and set up - so many thanks for sharing so much helpful knowledge! (..been lurking for a while) ..but also a little intimidated, after seeing all this crazy-incredible work! I hope you all are safe and well in these crazy times! And keep on rockin‘! Greetings from (a currently locked-down ) Vienna! |

Re: Hello from Vienna, Austria
Welcome Betty and I hope you enjoy engraving as much as I have and I would guess most everyone else on this forum. I've been at it for a bit over 50 years and would love to have another 50 but that is a pipe dream...
