Hello from Michigan.
Howdy folks. I am a tattoo artist and knife maker from Jackson, MI. I have wanted to do some engraving for a while now, and found this forum from a knife forum. I have yet to get any engraving tools, but will post some pics when i do

to the Engraving Forum Mike.You are a talented man,engraving will certainly go well the knife making .
All the best tools for engraving are here,check them out; http://www.airgraver.com/Hand_Engraving_Tools_Overview.htm I would suggest good knowledge of basics in engraving first, then the it is all up to you.Anytime during this period if you need help just give there is plenty of support on the forum. Your budget is important too. SE
