Merry christmas from Tucson AZ
I'm new here. I am 3 years away from retirement in the Air Force, and am looking to get into engraving firearms. I'm in the right state for it, with the light gun laws here. I'm still looking at tools right now. I just need to find something very basic to get me started. I wanted to know what type of vise that is required in order to do scroll work. Can I get away with a lazy susan? I am very capable with my hands, so making my own stuff does not bother me. I visited numerous sites looking for tools and supplies, however most of what I see is out of my price range right now. Like I said, I need basic to get me started. Recomendations welcomed.
