Colt project finally finished
I just finished this elaborate Colt S/A for a collector client. I've been working on it off and on for three years, grips are by Dennis Holland (Lubbock, Tx)
a little over 1 oz. of 24kt all wire enlayed, no sheet was used. Enjoy_JR Last edited by JRon; 05-26-2012 at 01:18 PM. Reason: spelling |

Re: Colt project finally finished
Beautiful work, dude! You do your own bluing? If so, hot or cold? A good engraving job can be blown by poor bluing. Yours is top notch and enhances the excellent inlay and engraving.

I do all my own prepwork and I've got a great gunsmith (works at Beretta Gallery) so for once in my career I don't sweat while they are beinf finished up._JR |
