Default First try with Classic

Hello forum,

I got my brand new and shining Classic with foot pedal this week and today finished my first 'real' piece with it. It's all brass Zippo.

I've been engraving for 2 months now using GRS equipment and got quite used to it. One thing I must say, shading is very-very good with Classic. Somehow I can make lighter and smoother lines. I guess few more days and I'll become a good friend with that tool.

I just wish I could try the PalmControl someday

Not bad at all! nice layout

You will find that with the much higher stroke per minute and the fact that the tool idles so you don't have to overcome resting friction to get the piston very fine lines are easier to achieve with the Airgraver.

Not to tempt you too much:tongue: but the palm control does make it even more intuitive and easier.
