Default Graver blanks and profiles for newbie...

Good day,

I have a graver with foot contol and v135 profile that came with tool. I am practicing, learning and have signed up for first class in sept. What is a recommended next step. -graver sharpeners profiles, which? -buy preprofile gravers -best next profile to get and practice after v135.

Will be buying vise in next 30 days.

Hi Todd, That presharpened carbalt graver we ship installed in the handpiece is the 116 degree Universal point. It is the clear template. Other popular profiles are the Detailing 96 degree, 105 degree and the flat/knife templates.

Thanks, can i the graver pre shapped 96,105 and flats. Then ill get the sharpening set up. To o keep them sharp.

Lol... nice. Know anyone in the dfw area with experience. Learn from someone that has done. All the instructional info is fantastic, i cant imagine what the engraver world would do without y’all. Thanks again.
