World's most expensive Spyderco...

Master Engraver C.J. Cai for a while had wanted to test his hand at doing some heavier Gold (raised)...so he grabbed a $50 Spyderco & went to work. Later he realized what he had done.... Beautiful & magnificent for sure, but who was going to buy a big dollar engraved Spydie?

Specs: 2 13/16" Blade; 6 5/8" OAL

Tell him to give it to a friend. That way he does not have to worry about finding a willing buyer.

Or keep it for a display piece. It should work well for that, being a nice showcase of his skills that's unlikely to sell for what the work is worth.
